This bit features a solid mouthpiece that works off bar and palate pressure. The mouthpiece is thicker than most, and the port offers a great deal of tongue relief. Good for working with older, more mature horses. Copper mouthpiece keeps the horse's mouth moist. This bit requires light contact.

NOTE: This bit will rust when exposed to moisture. This creates a sweet taste in the horse's mouth and promotes salivation.
